Glow Party Under the Sea


The LAST big PTA event of the school year is almost here—and it's going to be SPECTACULAR! Join us on May 1st for an unforgettable evening of glow-in-the-dark fun, bouncing, bidding, and community celebration. This year's theme is "Glow Party Under the Sea," and we're pulling out all the stops to send off the school year in style!


Please note: All students must be accompanied by an adult to attend.


What to Expect at the Beach Bash


Glow Party in the Gym

The gymnasium will transform into an underwater glow wonderland! Our very own Ms. Marr will be DJing the night away with the songs YOU requested. Click here to submit your request.

Dancing, black lights, and glowing fun for all ages—FREE to attend! 

The Bash on the Upper Field

Head outside to the upper field for:

  • Bounce houses for endless jumping fun

Face Painting & Fun

Professional face painters will be on hand for a small fee (cash or card accepted—tips appreciated!).

Food & Treats

You have options for dinner and treats!

Skip the line and secure dinner for your family! Each pack includes:

Food Trucks On-Site

Multiple food trucks will be available for families who prefer to purchase dinner at the event. Stay tuned for announcements—we're working on bringing you delicious options!

Silent Auction: Something for Everyone!

Our silent auction will feature amazing items the whole family will love. Bidding opens April 29th and closes May 8th. Stop by our display table near the music room the night of the event to place your bids! 

Already confirmed items include:

  • A $100 gift basket from Cane's
  • Admission tickets to Little Monkey Bizness
  • Admission tickets to Glow Golf

And more items are rolling in daily! This is your chance to snag something special while supporting our PTA. Your contributions keep these events free for our community.


Volunteer at the Beach Bash!

Want to be part of the magic? We need friendly faces to help with:

  • Setup and break down event
  • Silent auction organizing
  • Glow party chaperoning
  • Greeting families

All volunteers must be District-approved and have completed their volunteer training at MVE. If you haven't completed training yet, please reach out to the school office for more information.Shifts are flexible and fun!
