Paw Print Sprint (Fun Run)

The MVE PTA's big fundraiser for the 2025/2026 school year is going to be another Fun RUN! We are doing this ourselves to take all of the profit and will be naming this new event - the PAW PRINT SPRINT! We are excited for our annual event on October 9th. See below for dates, how to give, what we are raising funds for and what prizes your student's can earn for soliciting donations towards the fundraiser.

Important Dates:

• September 9th - Kick off fundraiser and Information GOES HOME with Students and Fundraiser Begins. 
• October 9th - Fun Run at School during grade level specials time
• October 29 - All donations are due
• November 3rd - All prizes sent to school for students who earned them as well as "mystery assembly" announcement for school wide, class and grade level winner announcements! 

Fundraising Prize Program:

GROUP Prizes:

• If the SCHOOL raises $25,000 all students get to attend a “Mystery Assembly” on Nov. 4^th.
• If the SCHOOL goes over their school goal by 20% all students get to wear PJs and eat popsicles on Nov. 4^th at the “Mystery Assembly” too!
• If GRADE K, 1^st or 2^nd raises $3,500. 3^rd, 4^th, or 5^th raises $4,500 then that grade gets a 10-min dance party.
• The GRADE with the best theme on fun run day will receive a popcorn party.
• Top fundraising CLASS from the school gets the MVE Paw Print Sprint traveling trophy for the school year.
• If a CLASS raises $1,000 then the class will receive a PIZZA PARTY.

INDIVIDUAL PRIZES – any student who raises a minimum of… 

• $10 gets a Paw Print Sprint water bottle sticker
• $35 get a silicone pop-it keychain
• $50 gets a sticky hand
• $75 gets a magic snake cube
• $150 gets a mini color changing squeeze ball
• $250 gets a paw print squeeze toy

 PLUS… 

• Top individual fundraiser from each grade will get to silly
  string an MVE staff member of their choosing!
  
•  Top individual fundraiser in school gets an electric scooter!

How Are Donations Used:

#1- Purchasing new projectors for the classrooms.
#2- MVE Garden/Playground *We are hopeful that the funds we raise will help start a fund to renovate the playground and the garden space.

#3- Funding additional teacher grants

#4 - Any leftover funds not allocated to these two projects will go into the general PTA funds to support on-going FREE PTA events.
