Our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year is here!
Mountain View Elementary annual fun run where students run laps, have a blast, and raise money to support our school. Every dollar raised stays right here in our MVE community.

| September 28, 2026 | Skating to 25k Skate City Party – 6:00–8:00 PM at Skate City (Austin Bluffs). A private party for MVE families to kick off the fundraiser! |
| October 2, 2026 | Paw Print Sprint – Students run during their grade level's specials time. Wear your grade-level color! |
| October 5, 2026 | Texas Roadhouse Spirit Night – 3:00–10:00 PM. Dine in or take out and a portion of sales comes back to MVE! |
| October 9, 2026 | Fundraising Deadline – All donations due. |

🏃♂️ How to Participate
- Register Your Student – click the link to sign up. Parents must register their student(s) to participate.
- Ask for Donations – Share our fundraising page with family, friends, and neighbors using the easy link provided.
- Run & Earn Prizes – On October 2nd, students run laps and earn prizes based on the donations they collected.

Volunteer Opportunities
We have a variety of shifts available before and during the event. Whether you can help for an hour or the whole day, we would love to have you.
Popsicle Pickup & Freezing (Before the Event)
Pick up Otter Pops from the MVE front office and freeze them at home overnight. Otter Pops need at least 8 hours to freeze solid, so please pick them up at least one day before the event.
Popsicle Distribution (Day of Event)
Help hand out popsicles to students during the last ten minutes of each grade level block.
Lap Trackers & Student Guides (Day of Event)
Guide students along the track, track laps, and tally up laps for each grade level.
Confetti Poppers (Day of Event)
Help with biodegradable confetti poppers for each grade level to celebrate our runners.
Cheer Squad (Day of Event)
The PTA provides noisemakers, pompoms, and foam paws. These items are limited and you are welcome to bring your own to help cheer on your student.
Setup & Breakdown Crew (Day of Event)
Help set up the event in the morning and break everything down afterward, including tables, signage, and equipment.

Texas Roadhouse Spirit Night
Join us for a delicious dinner that gives back! Texas Roadhouse will donate a portion of sales back to MVE.

Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: 3120 N Powers Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922 Texas Roadhouse typically donates 10% of sales from fundraiser events. Just mention MVE PTA or show the flyer at checkout.
Skating to 25k Skate City Party
Date: September 28, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Skate City – Austin Bluffs location
Admission: $7 | **Skate Rental:** $5
A private skate party for MVE families to kick off our fundraiser! Come out, have fun, and get excited for the run.
