At Mountain View Elementary, our dedicated teachers and staff give their all every day for our students. The MVE PTA's "Stock the Lounge" program is our way of returning that kindness, by periodically transforming the staff lounge into a haven of delicious treats and heartfelt appreciation.Throughout the year, we theme these events to match the season, showing our staff they are on our minds all year long. From our "Spooky Snacks & Coffee Bar" in October to our "Spring Fling Sweet Treats" in May, each event is a small token of our immense gratitude.
Our teachers work hard every day to help our students grow, and Halloween can be one of the most chaotic—and fun—days of the year! 🎃To show our amazing staff how much we appreciate them, the MVE PTA is hosting our annual Spooky Lounge Takeover on October 28th, 2026. We will transform the staff lounge into a Halloween haven filled with festive treats, spooky snacks, and a "Boo Basket" for each teacher to enjoy.

Get ready for our most-requested event of the year! We are thrilled to host our 6th Annual Cookie Exchange this December. This event is a beloved MVE tradition where we shower our 80+ staff members with a spectacular Cookie Exchange and Hot Chocolate Bar before they head off for winter break.
This isn't just about treats; it's about sharing family traditions and creating community connection.
This year, we're collecting more than just cookies—we're collecting cherished memories. We are asking our MVE families to share their favorite holiday treat recipes along with their donations. We'll compile all the recipes into a special "MVE Family Holiday Recipes" digital cookbook to gift our teachers, allowing them to recreate your family's magic in their own homes.
