Join the Mountain View Elementary (MVE) PTA for our annual Outdoor Movie Night!
This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to enjoy a night under the stars with our school community.
📅 Date: Friday, September 18, 2026
⏰ Time: Gates open at 5:30 PM for food pickup – Movie starts at sundown (around 6:30 PM)
📍 Location: MVE Upper Field
What to Bring
- Blankets, lawn chairs, and flashlights – Make yourself comfortable
- The whole family – All students must be accompanied by an adult
Food & Treats
We have delicious options to make your movie night complete!
- Pre-Order DION'S Pizza: Skip the line and secure dinner. Pre-order a large pizza and drinks by September 14, 2026. This is the best way to ensure your family is fed and ready for the show.
- Food Trucks: Enjoy treats from Kona Ice and other local vendors.
- FREE Popcorn provided by the PTA in the cafeteria.

Volunteer at Movie Night!
We need friendly faces to help make our Outdoor Movie Night a magical experience for our MVE community! Whether you can help for an hour or the whole evening, we would love to have you.
Volunteer roles include:
- Setup Crew – Help arrange the field, set up the screen and sound, and prepare the popcorn station
- Concession stand- Help manage the pizza and snacks
- Popcorn Helpers – Serve up free popcorn sponsored by the PTA
- Cleanup Crew – Help pack up and restore the field after the event
All volunteers must be District-approved and have completed volunteer training at MVE.
